Be thankful of that that your history has taught you and where you came from.  Think of those ancient ones that are in your DNA, or you are in theirs.  Think about them and thank them for being.

Thank them for eating the right things, for developing the right brain and grey matter that is still evolving.  Think about the ones that will come from your children and forward.

The true spiritual being, this is being spiritual, is understanding  that it is not an ideology, it is being. Borders and politics will come and go but your bloodline, although you might think is not important, will carry forward new souls, beings from other times.  It is that amazing dance between spirit and the physical being that creates such amazing growth.

Why did you need to discover an atom?  You needed to know about circles within circles.  Bless you my children for I love you.
