I know a lot of people in this world are worrying and wishing there was something that we could do in this time of fear and uncertainty. We cannot vote unless you are living in the United States. What you can do that will have an affect is to send loving energy to those you wish to support. You might call it praying, meditation or healing.

What you do is visualize the person or people with your mind, then open your heart and feel this love flowing out of you to them. This action not only helps them it helps you. It turns your angst into a positive action.

We are all one, we are all energy and we can affect outcomes with energy.

What is occurring in our world right now is what Guides have been talking to me about for years. In Spirit they call it “Overturn of Souls“. For the longest time I didn’t understand what that meant. They said it was happening because there are a great number of new souls present on the earth and a great number of old souls, but not too many middle aged souls. Meaning… apparently middle aged souls have evolved quicker and are now experiencing maturation of the soul. Middle aged souls are wonderful teachers and politicians. They are half way evolved and very balanced. New souls are full of energy and no depth, yet, they thrash through life with little feeling, simply because they have not experienced anything yet… as Guides say, they are bright and shiny “Beings” but can create a lot of havoc. (Guides never speak badly about any Being.)

Old souls on the other hand are wonderful “Beings” that don’t want to fight or give advise, instead giving space and time for all to learn on their own… which is good usually. Old souls return to earth with the purpose of helping many, not wanting any personal acclaim. I have heard Guides for some time saying, “Old souls need to step up, use their voice and it is a time to speak their truth, even though it may be uncomfortable.”

Being a new or old soul has nothing to do with your body’s age, it’s about how evolved you are. I am sure if you are reading this you are an evolved soul. My grandmother always said, and there is no truer statement than, “That, that you give is that, that you get back.”

Send out some of that amazing light and love that you are, to those who need to have their way lit.
