Each being is a circle, a wholeness – body, spirit, past, present and forward willingness to future. Each of these parts of you are circles within you. For all things must come full turn to be whole. If you were to exercise greatly and not feed your body, you would become ill. But with exercise, food (for the mind and the body) and spiritual openness and movement, you become a whole circle, moving forward.

If one of these parts is not in balance with the other, you are not a whole circle. Your path, your life, your past lives; you move all of them forward with each movement. Think of other beings as circles also and when you come in contact with them you create another circle between the two of you. So all beings are circles, forward moving, not stopping, circles within circles.
