If these are the visual signs that this one is seeing  (as opposed to many other signs that are trying to be made clear to this one),  it is simply a way of communicating that there is more, that they are present, that she is not alone.
Entities of light seek ways in which to reach you that you will find the familiar comforting and not fearful.  You are a being of great light, of great artistic ability.  Of course, they would choose these ways in which to say, “Heads up, I am here.”
