Question:
Namaste, Jane and Guides, how do we connect with the God and the unconditional love within? And how do we project the brightest light and love in our life? Thank you.

Jane:
That’s a wonderful question. So, I believe everyone will find their way to their Guide, through their own development, their own communication. I want to take you on to remembering. And what that is, is to remember who you are. Because before you can be in tune to Spirit and your Guides and other beings, you have to know who you are and how you are open and willing and accepting.

Understanding the senses that the body has, the fact that you chose a body. You chose the family you wanted to be with. You came in. You created a body to present you, this amazing spirit of who you are. You are going to develop a communication with your Guide, which is yours. It is unique as your fingerprint. They assured me that all beings could create the communication with their guides.

This was as natural as it is being present in physical life. Get in touch with who you are through your sense of hearing, your smell, your sight. Create a little ritual in which you feel totally comfortable with, and that there will be an opening in which you can address your Guides and say to them, help me find a way to communicate with you.

At first, you might want a symbol like that butterfly, a dime… with Guides, more likely, it is a feeling you’ll get, a tingling of your skin, a warmth moving through you. You know, a gut feeling that we… Oh, I think I should really stop and pay attention to that feeling. It’ll be much more physical, so you can tell the difference between your inner voice and your Spirit Guide’s voice, which is quite different.

Once you are in tune with it, you’ll find yourself even crying sometimes over just the most beautiful, small, unimportant things… they may be to everybody else, but so important to you. And then when you open your heart to that feeling, you can’t help but radiate it out. You can’t help but know that you are a fracture of this amazing energy, this God source, and that you are radiant and beautiful and expressing that to the world is just… you will get to the point where just simply a smile, just an opening. There is a knowing, a softness that will happen.

Joanna:
I love the way you say that, softness that really is connecting with the love of you, and unconditional love that’s there for us. And being that bright light can be like you say in a smile, just a flash of a glance or opening to the beauty of nature.

Jane:
Often people will say, I had this feeling of this presence with me, and you may not hear a voice, I should say that…

Joanna:
That’s what I was going to say…

Jane:
It may not be a voice at first. It may just be a feeling, an impression.
