An emotional roller coaster ride is how I feel today. Oh, how I wish there was a book, How To Celebrate In The Time Of COVID-19.

Maybe I’m struggling to not be, something that should be, natural to be.

I’m hearing Spirit say, “It’s alright to be sad, it’s alright to be glad, both exist in love.”

There is no doubt, growth is at hand for us all.

Lighting a most beautiful candle, I’m asking for healing for us.

I know they are holding the world with love.
