Prescription for a father’s health

D writes, “Can you tell me about my Dad’s health and the best way I can be there for him now. He is not compliant about his meds and critical of western medicine.”

This being loves music. It is most important that he rock and move. The movement will actually help as the muscles and the cells have lost their elasticity.  He should jiggle, and move and rock.  You should pat him on the back as firmly as you can and tell him to laugh and deep breathe deeply into his belly.  Love him as you always do.  Laughter is the best medicine.  He is enjoying his time; do not worry.

Joanna’s comment:  We hear often about the benefits of laughter to the physical body.

I’d like to know what my destiny is? I’ve been through a lot of losses this year, in a lot of ways and I’d like to know what my purpose is in life. I’m a graphic designer with an 8 year old daughter who has autism. I love what I do but I just feel like there is something more out there for me. Do I have spirit guides? Who are they?

By the way, I never mentioned anything about my daughter… she’s my angel and I love her with all of my heart <3
